Summary

If you think you'd like to go, but haven't booked your flights, or are still considering whether this is the holiday for you, don't worry as I'm happy to reserve the house for three days for you. In this way you're comfortable in the knowledge that the accomodation is sorted out, but without any obligation.

To do this, I do ask for a telephone number, as if anyone else enquires about the same week(s) then I simply contact you to check if you're still interested.

When you enquire, I send out an information pack by email which should answer most questions you have, although I don't mind answering questions over the phone or by email.

If you book well in advance then you only need to pay a deposit, the full amount is payable ten weeks in advance. Again, the information pack goes through all this and more.

If you decide to book I need the following information from you.

• Your flight details including flight number and times of arrival and departure. This information is passed to the property managers.
• Your address so I know where to return the deposit.
• Whether you’d like to be picked up from the airport by the property managers.
• Whether you’d like Air Conditioning.

Note: I can hold  certain dates for around three days for you if you’re interested, but need to get flights, or just have a think about whether you’d like to book. If I do this then you know the accommodation is safe, if anyone else were to enquire about the dates you’re interested in then I’d contact you to see if you’re still interested. To do this I do need a contact telephone number.
